Enter the Cave. Confront the Shadow. Return in Right Order.

The Phases

Phase 1: Interruption

Break capture early. You learn to stop coupling at the first moment of provocation and return to inner order.

Phase 2: Stabilization

Hold the line over time. You reduce fuel, clean inner speech, and maintain steady watchfulness so old patterns do not re-form.

Phase 3: Integration

Restore coherence. You review objectively, repair what you damage, and train compassion so the heart stays clean, firm, and merciful under pressure.

Phase I: Interruption

The Three Breaths practice is the smallest interruption that still works.

Externalization is the practice of breaking fusion.

It turns a fused state into an observed state.

It is not a slogan. It is not positive thinking. It is not a mood hack.

Phase II: Stabilization

Watchfulness is what helps you catch the Capture Chain early

Impressions Discipline

Clean Inner Speech is the practice of removing poison from the inner voice so it stops feeding passion and captivity.

Impressions Discipline is the practice of choosing inputs deliberately so the false-self complex has less fuel to work with.

Refusal Without Drama is the stabilization practice that makes boundaries sober.

Phase III: Integration

Evening Review is how you stop drifting.

It is the integration practice that keeps the heart clean while still remaining firm, truthful, and boundaried.

It prevents spiritual practice from becoming a mask for avoiding responsibility.
